Bill Payment Monthly Invoice

The Bulkpe Monthly Invoice is generated automatically every month and provides a consolidated, category-wise summary of all bill payments made during the period, including total charges and applicable GST. It serves as an official record for reconciliation, accounting, auditing, and can be used to claim eligible input tax credits from the government.

Step 1 : Navigate to Bulkpe Bill payment Dashboard —> Reports —>Monthly Receipts.

Note : This report is generated on 2nd of every month.

Step 2 : The monthly receipt can be downloaded by clicking the “Download” icon located at the rightmost corner of the generated invoice. Upon clicking the icon, the receipt is downloaded instantly.
